REDe Architects(北京萊第建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司)現(xiàn)有設(shè)計(jì)人員二十余人，專業(yè)涵蓋了建筑設(shè)計(jì)，室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)，環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)及軟裝配飾設(shè)計(jì)，是一家專注于提供中小型高端精品設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)的專業(yè)化公司。根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的需求，公司向客戶提供從建筑規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)，室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)，景觀設(shè)計(jì)，燈光設(shè)計(jì)直至軟裝配飾設(shè)計(jì)的一體化服務(wù)，以保證設(shè)計(jì)理念可以始終如一的貫徹到最終的設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品里。

REDe Architects currently has a team of over twenty designers, specializing in architectural design, interior design, environmental art design, and soft furnishings design. It is a specialized company focused on providing high-end boutique design services for small to medium-sized projects. According to project requirements, the company offers integrated services to clients, covering architectural planning, interior design, landscape design, lighting design, and even soft furnishings design, ensuring that the design philosophy is consistently implemented in the final product.

公司管理層由國際化團(tuán)隊(duì)組成，已在國內(nèi)外完成了多個極具影響力的高端定制項(xiàng)目，在實(shí)踐過程中積累了從概念設(shè)計(jì)、方案設(shè)計(jì)直至施工圖設(shè)計(jì)及現(xiàn)場服務(wù)等一套系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)及設(shè)計(jì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我們主張高端定制產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)要解決問題，最終在運(yùn)營層面幫助業(yè)主找出最佳的專業(yè)解決方案。我們主張要做真實(shí)的設(shè)計(jì)，從設(shè)計(jì)初始就讓各個專業(yè)都參與到設(shè)計(jì)過程中，在與客戶充分交流的基礎(chǔ)上，理解客戶所需，甚至發(fā)現(xiàn)客戶沒有意識到的問題，細(xì)致推敲每一個問題，保證最終的設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品可以高質(zhì)量的完成。

The company's management team is composed of an international team that has successfully completed influential high-end custom projects both domestically and internationally. Through practical experience, the team has accumulated a comprehensive set of skills in design and design management, ranging from conceptual design and schematic design to construction drawing design and on-site services. We advocate that the design of high-end custom products should address practical issues and ultimately assist property owners in finding the best professional solutions at the operational level. We emphasize the importance of genuine design, involving various specialties from the initial stages of design. Through thorough communication with clients, we aim to understand their needs, even identifying issues that clients may not be aware of. Every detail is meticulously considered to ensure the final design product is of high quality.

金雷    合伙人

金雷先生本科就讀于北京建筑工程學(xué)院建筑系，以專業(yè)第一名畢業(yè)后前往美國亞利桑那大學(xué)建筑學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)并獲碩士學(xué)位，畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)獲得了當(dāng)年的優(yōu)秀畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)獎。碩士畢業(yè)后在美國NBBJ，Line and Space等多個知名設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)參與建筑實(shí)踐。他做為主要設(shè)計(jì)人參與的項(xiàng)目多次獲獎。金雷先生在2010年回國同關(guān)天頎先生一同創(chuàng)立了空間進(jìn)化建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司，同時擔(dān)任美國Line and Space建筑師事務(wù)所的中國區(qū)總代表及設(shè)計(jì)合伙人。2015年底金雷先生做為創(chuàng)始股東之一創(chuàng)立了隱居鄉(xiāng)里品牌，并做為設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)負(fù)責(zé)品牌所有設(shè)計(jì)建造方面的工作，目前完成了山楂小院，姥姥家，花婆婆，卡莎莎等多個知名民宿的設(shè)計(jì)改造。2018年，金雷先生同王威先生一起創(chuàng)立REDe Architects。

Mr. Jin Lei completed his undergraduate studies in the Department of Architecture at Beijing Institute of Civil Engineering and Architecture, graduating as the top student in his major. Subsequently, he pursued his master's degree in architecture at the University of Arizona in the United States, where his graduation project received the Outstanding Graduation Design Award. After obtaining his master's degree, Mr. Jin Lei engaged in architectural practice with renowned design firms such as NBBJ and Line and Space in the United States. In 2010, Mr. Jin Lei returned to China and co-founded Space Evolution Architecture Design Co., Ltd. with Mr. Guan Tianqi. He also serves as the China Representative and Design Partner for the U.S. firm Line and Space Architects. In the end of 2015 as one of the founding shareholders, Lei established the Hideaway in the Countryside brand and currently serves as the Design Director, overseeing all aspects of design and construction. Notable completed projects include Shan Zha Xiao Yuan and Grandma's House,Hua popo, Kashasha among others. In 2018 Mr. Jin Lei co-founded REDe Architects with Mr Wangwei.

王威    合伙人

王威1998年和2006年分別畢業(yè)于北京建工學(xué)院建筑系和美國亞利桑那大學(xué)(the University of Arizona)建筑和景觀建筑學(xué)院，先后獲得獲建筑學(xué)學(xué)士和碩士學(xué)位。在美工作期間王威參與、主持設(shè)計(jì)了多個有影響的項(xiàng)目，作品涵蓋了教育，辦公，商業(yè)等領(lǐng)域。王威于09 年10 月歸國，加入世界知名商業(yè)建筑事務(wù)所Callison, 主持參與了北京方恒國際二期，華潤北京麗澤商務(wù)區(qū)，招商地產(chǎn)深圳海上世界等重要的商業(yè)綜合體項(xiàng)目。2018 年，王威參與創(chuàng)立了Rede Architects，進(jìn)一步實(shí)踐多年來在國外國內(nèi)積累形成的的設(shè)計(jì)哲學(xué)和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Wang Wei graduated from the Department of Architecture at Beijing Construction Engineering College in 1998 and later earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Arizona in 2006. During his time in the United States, he participated in and led the design of several influential projects spanning the education, office, and commercial sectors. Wang Wei returned to China in October 2009 and joined the globally renowned commercial architecture firm Callison. He played a leading role in projects such as Beijing Fangheng International Phase II, CR Land Beijing Lize Business District, and China Merchants Property Shenzhen Ocean World II, all significant mixed use projects. In 2018, Wang Wei co-founded REDe Architects with Jin Lei, bringing with him the design philosophy and management experience accumulated over the years both abroad and domestically.
