中國美術(shù)學院風景建筑設計研究總院有限公司始建于1984年，具有國家建設部頒發(fā)的建筑行業(yè)（建筑工程）甲級、風景園林工程設計專項甲級資質(zhì)、室內(nèi)裝飾設計甲級資質(zhì)、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃編制乙級資質(zhì)、市政行業(yè)專業(yè)乙級資質(zhì)、文物保護工程勘察設計丙級資質(zhì)，可承擔資質(zhì)證書許可范圍內(nèi)相應的建設工程總承包業(yè)務及相關(guān)的技術(shù)與管理服務。2014年企業(yè)正式通過了ISO9001、ISO14000、GB/T18001三合一體系認證，2019年企業(yè)通過3A認證。

我院依托中國美術(shù)學院雄厚的學術(shù)背景和豐富的學術(shù)滋養(yǎng)，以我國第一個環(huán)境藝術(shù)系的學術(shù)目標為宗旨，通過“依托學院、服務社會”的總體運作方針，利用學院強大的人才力量和優(yōu)勢的學科組群，使設計院具備了全方位的民族化、國際化、時代化的學術(shù)視野和研究氛圍。

經(jīng)過多年的努力和發(fā)展，研究總院已形成15個設計分院、4個外地分院、4個中心、3個直屬工作室。每年承接上千個項目。擁有各類注冊師140多人，中級以上職稱700多人，其中高級工程師級別以上200多人。人才實力雄厚，而且擁有一批影響行業(yè)發(fā)展的知名設計師，構(gòu)筑成行業(yè)中卓有聲譽的設計鐵軍。

創(chuàng)業(yè)至今，在各級主管部門領導的關(guān)懷下，在自身不斷探索努力下，已經(jīng)具有了相當?shù)募夹g(shù)和創(chuàng)作積累，建成項目均獲得良好的社會反響。企業(yè)先后被授予“優(yōu)秀文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)”﹑“文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)重點企業(yè)”﹑“年度經(jīng)濟發(fā)展工作先進企業(yè)”等榮譽稱號。設計完成的優(yōu)秀項目也層出不窮，多項作品獲國際、部級、省級、市級大獎，被業(yè)界譽為“美院現(xiàn)象”。 

今后，設計院繼續(xù)守正創(chuàng)新，牢記使命。將以“五位一體，融合設計”為思想核心，實現(xiàn)規(guī)劃、建筑、景觀、室內(nèi)和公共藝術(shù)多專業(yè)的融合和產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸。以“時尚的理念、完美的圖紙、至誠的合作”為服務宗旨，以東方藝術(shù)學為學術(shù)支撐，以推動社會創(chuàng)新為己任，堅實地向更為高遠的目標邁進！

The Design Institute of Landscape & Architecture, China Academy of Art Co., Ltd., founded in 1984, has been accredited by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China （PRC） as Class A for construction industry (construction engineering), Class A for landscape architecture design, Class A for interior decoration design, Class B for urban and rural planning, Class B for municipal industry professional， 

and Class C for cultural relics protection engineering survey and design. With such qualifications, the Institute is qualified to undertake the corresponding engineering procurement construction (EPC) of construction projects and related technical and management services within the scope of the qualifications. In addition, the Institute formally passed the ISO9001, ISO14000, GB/T18001 3-in-1 System Certification in 2014, and 3A Certification in 2019.

The Institute has set up an academic perspective and research vibe encompassing all-round nationalization, internationalization and modernization by taking advantage of the China Academy of Art (CAA)'s strong talents and advantageous discipline group, with the strong and rich academic background of CAA as the foundation, the academic goal of the first environmental art department in China as the mission, and "Relying on CAA & Serving the society" as the overall operation policy.

After years of efforts and development, the Institute has established 15 branches,4 field branches, 3 centres and 3 workshops.We undertake thousands of projects every year.It not only owns 131 registered engineers of all kinds and more than 700 employees with intermediate or above titles,among which more than 200 are senior engineers.  but also gathers together a strong pool of talents, a number of well-known and influential designers of the industry included, therefore having been exceedingly reputable in the industry.

Since its establishment, the Institute has accumulated considerable experience in technique and creation, with its completed projects well-recognized by the society, under leaders’ support of the competent departments at all levels and its own continuous exploratory efforts. Therefore, the Institute has been awarded honorary titles, "Excellent Cultural Creative Enterprise", "Key Enterprise of Cultural Creative Industry", "Advanced Enterprise of Annual Economic Development", etc. Furthermore, among its numerous completed excellent projects, many of them have won international, ministerial, provincial and municipal awards，such winning records has been praised as "CAA phenomenon" in the industry. 

In the future, the Institute will continue to be honest and innovative, keeping its mission in mind. With the idea of "5-in-1, Integrated design" as the core, it will realize the integration and industrial extension of planning, architecture, landscape, interior and public art. With the service tenet of "Fashionable concept, Perfect design, Sincere cooperation", the Institute will move on solidly towards a higher goal by taking oriental art as the academic support and social innovation as its responsibility.
