景觀設(shè)計(jì)助理 面議

職位描述:

1. 2-4年景觀設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，國(guó)內(nèi)本科及研究生以上學(xué)歷或海外名校留學(xué)背景，擁有國(guó)際知名設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)工作背景優(yōu)先，具有獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)完成一般性規(guī)模和難度的景觀項(xiàng)目細(xì)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
2. 熟悉景觀設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作流程，能理解方案設(shè)計(jì)，具有較高的審美能力及判斷；
3. 能獨(dú)立思考項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)，具有創(chuàng)造性的設(shè)計(jì)能力和表現(xiàn)能力；
4. 具備良好的方案思維能力，以及與團(tuán)隊(duì)成員間的溝通協(xié)作能力；
5. 工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)踏實(shí)，具備良好的職業(yè)道德與團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，對(duì)景觀極富熱情；
6. 熟練使用MS Office，Auto CAD，Photoshop，Sketchup等相關(guān)軟件;

2. Familiar with the operation process of landscape design project; understand the design of the project, and have high aesthetic ability and judgment;
3. Be able to think independently about the characteristics of the project; have creative design and performance capabilities;
4. Have good program thinking skills, communication and collaboration skills with team members;
5. Work rigorously and pragmatically; good professional ethics and teamwork spirit; enthusiastic about the landscape;
6. Skilled in using MS Office, Auto CAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and other related software;

1. 8-10年景觀設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，國(guó)內(nèi)本科及研究生以上學(xué)歷或海外名校留學(xué)背景，擁有國(guó)際知名設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)工作背景優(yōu)先，熟悉中國(guó)設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境，負(fù)責(zé)完成過高端居住區(qū)、商業(yè)綜合體、公共空間等大、中型項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

2. 方案構(gòu)思能力優(yōu)秀，創(chuàng)意新穎，思維敏捷，審美能力卓越，具有較強(qiáng)的專業(yè)敏感性和創(chuàng)作思想；

3. 具有較強(qiáng)的方案突擊能力與良好的把控力，能同時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)2-3個(gè)項(xiàng)目同時(shí)進(jìn)行，合理安排并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組員工作；

4. 能夠在專業(yè)技術(shù)會(huì)議或討論中清晰、準(zhǔn)確、有效地表述專業(yè)問題和解決方法，具備良好的與業(yè)主、公司成員間的溝通能力；

5.具備良好的職業(yè)道德，團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，引領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方向的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與熱情，致力于景觀設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展；

6. 熟練使用AutoCAD，Photoshop，Sketchup等相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件及常用辦公軟件；

Job Descriptions:

1. 8-10 years of landscape design experience, domestic education with an undergraduate or above degree, overseas famous university study background; internationally well-known design institutions working experience is preferred; familiar with Chinese design environment, was responsible for completing large and medium-sized projects such as high-end residential areas, commercial complexes and public spaces.
2. Excellent project design ability, novel creativity, quick thinking, excellent aesthetic ability, strong professional sensitivity, and creative thinking;
3. Have strong program control ability; able to coordinate 2-3 projects at the same time; arrange and lead the team members reasonably;
4. Be able to express professional problems and solutions clearly, accurately and effectively in professional technical meetings or discussions, and have good communication skills with clients and company members;
5. Have good professional ethics, team spirit, experience in leading design direction and enthusiasm of the team; commit to the long-term development of the landscape design industry;6. Skilled in using AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and other related design software and common office software;
